Cancellation Policy

Everyone’s time is valuable, and we strive to provide the best service possible, therefore we have implemented a strict cancellation policy.

We require a minimum of 48 business hours prior to your appointment for you to notify us of a cancellation or if you need to reschedule.


  1. Cancelling 48+ Hours Before Your Appointment

If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit (for services under 90 minutes) will remain on your account as a credit to use for a future appointment. 


  1. Cancelling with Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. (Your deposit will be applied to this charge.)


  1.   Cancelling Within 8 Hours or No-Showing

If you cancel within 8 hours of your appointment or fail to show up, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. (Your deposit will be applied to this charge.)


WEST & GOLDN AESTHETICS reserves the right to terminate clients who cannot maintain their appointments. 


There are no exceptions for late cancellations or no shows

No Show Policy

If you do not call and do not show up to your appointment you will automatically be charged 100% of the appointment booked.

Reschedule Policy

Due to limited availability and an ongoing waitlist we will now have strict policy for committed appointments.


Rescheduling Fee:

  1. If you reschedule the same appointment more than once a $25 rescheduling fee will apply for each additional occurrence.
  2. For appointments 90 minutes or more, due to the significant time commitment, the $25 rescheduling fee will apply to all occurrences, including the first.


Consultation Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for all consultations. If you decide to move forward with treatment, your deposit will be applied towards your treatment. If you are looking to simply get professional recommendations, your deposit is used to compensate for WEST & GOLDEN AESTHETICS ’s time and expertise.

Treatment deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to book any treatment 30 minutes or longer.


Deposit Requirement

  1. $50 deposit is required to secure any service that lasts more than 30 minutes
  2. If you have a package, it will serve as your deposit. However, any penalties or fees that arise will be charged to the card on file.
  3. When booking online the deposit will be charged automatically after the appointment is booked.
  4. This deposit will be applied to your total balance on the day of your appointment.
  5. When booking a consultation the deposit may be applied towards product or future service. However, if neither is purchased, the deposit will be retained as compensation for our time and expertise.

Multiple Appointments

  1. If you book more than one appointment, a separate $50 deposit is required for each appointment.

Non-Refundable Deposits

  1. ALL APPOINTMENTS BOOKED WITH KAELYN :For all appointments booked with Kaelyn, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of if you cancel. 
  2. ANY APPOINTMENT 90 MINUTES OR LONGER WITH ALL PROVIDERS: For appointments exceeding 90 or more minutes, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of if you cancel.
  3. HOLIDAY DEPOSITS WITH ALL PROVIDERSNovember and December deposits for all services lasting 30 minutes or longer are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of if you cancel or reschedule.


  1. Appointments requiring a non-refundable deposit that are canceled without being rescheduled will forfeit the deposit. However, If you reschedule, your deposit will be applied to your new appointment

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services, including non-refundable deposits.

maintaining appointments policy

If you pre-book multiple appointments and/or cannot consistently maintain your scheduled appointments, you will no longer be able to pre-book more than 1 appointment at a time.

Any client who cannot consistently maintain their scheduled appointments will be required to pay a 100% non-refundable deposit to hold future appointments.
