Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

-Cancel or reschedule 5 or less days before your scheduled appointment: Deposit is forfeited.

-Cancel less than 48 hours before: Charged 50% of service. Deposit applied.

-Cancel within 4 hours or no-show: Charged 100% of service. Deposit applied.


There are no exceptions for late cancellations or no shows

No Show Policy

If you do not call and do not show up to your appointment you will automatically be charged 100% of the appointment booked.

Reschedule Policy


Rescheduling Fees

If the same appointment is moved more than once, a $25 rescheduling fee will apply to each occurrence after the first.

  1. -Frequent reschedules may require a $75 non-refundable deposit. This deposit is forfeited if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled again.


Consultation Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for all consultations. If you decide to move forward with treatment, your deposit will be applied towards your treatment. If you are looking to simply get professional recommendations, your deposit is used to compensate for WEST & GOLDEN AESTHETICS ’s time and expertise.

Treatment deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to book any treatment 30 minutes or longer.

-A non-refundable $50 deposit is required for all services over 30 minutes. If appointment is cancelled your deposit will remain on account as credit.

-When booking multiple appointments, a deposit is required for each one.

-Your deposit will be applied at checkout.

  1. -Consultation deposits go towards your purchase or booking. If no product or service is purchased or booked, the deposit covers the time spent during the consultation.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services, including non-refundable deposits.

maintaining appointments policy

If you pre-book multiple appointments and/or cannot consistently maintain your scheduled appointments, you will no longer be able to pre-book more than 1 appointment at a time.

Any client who cannot consistently maintain their scheduled appointments will be required to pay a 100% non-refundable deposit to hold future appointments.
